Vegan Diet

The Vegan diet includes plants and plant products. It does not include any meat or animal products.

Diet plan

  1. Take sufficient fruits and vegetables.
  2. Use whole grains as a source of the carbohydrates.
  3. Have beans and legumes for the Protein source.
  4. Use unsaturated Oils.
  5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
